Our promise:

We will respond to your enquiry within 2 hours.
We will always provide a quotation, regardless of how far in advance you are looking to book.
That quote will be valid for up to 30 days, dependant on when your booking is for.
We offer favourable and flexible cancellation terms and conditions.

In addition, you will receive*:

Complimentary upgrade for one guest of your choice in the group.
Should your group size increase, prior to 28 days of arrival, the quoted group rate will apply for up to an additional 10% of the original group size.
We will offer the agreed group rate for individual stay extensions.
We will extend fixed corporate rates to enquiries of up to 20 rooms.
