What happens to my every hotel Piccadilly booking I've made?
It will automatically transfer over to Thistle Piccadilly, you won't need to do anything. Your confirmation number will remain the same as before.
What happens if I'm in the hotel the day before or the day the change over happens?
Nothing, you will just see some changes to signage and the branding on items in your bedroom.

What if I want to make a booking after this date?
You can visit the new Thistle Piccadilly website to make your booking as you normally would. Just visit Thistle.com and select Thistle Piccadilly
Is the address changing?
No. The building is staying just as it is, within easy walking distance to all London's best sights.
Are my booking terms and conditions going to be different?
Nope. We will be operated by the same parent company, glh Hotels.
You can be assured to receive the exact same level of product and service, with some added extras of 24 hour room service and an extended breakfast menu. To bring us in line with the Thistle family, Nespresso machines will only be available in our deluxe rooms and junior suites and free mini bars in our junior suites.
