    • Rate quotes are valid based on lead times: 72 hours for bookings 0-1 month in advance, 14 days for 1-3 months, 3 weeks for 3-12 months, and 1 month for 12-24 months.
    • Bookings beyond 24 months are subject to enquiry.
    • Individual stay extensions are valid from Thursday to Monday only.
    • Complimentary perks, such as dedicated group check-in desks and room upgrades, are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
