The closest off-site hotel is our Heathrow Terminal 5 hotel with parking. It’s less than two miles to Terminals 2 & 3, the hotel is perfectly located for access to and from the airport. Therefore, our car parking spaces get sold out quickly – be sure to book well in advance.

Useful Information:

The car park is located around the entire perimeter of the property. Counting with three main car park areas: Front car park, car park A and car park B.

The car park is controlled by ANPR system. On entry, the barriers will open for you; locate a spot and provide your car reg plate to reception to register your vehicle.

On departure, the barriers will open for you as long as you had provided your details to reception team.

If this package is not available, the car park may be fully booked. Please check with us on arrival so we can help you find a car park space.

Terms and Conditions

  • Room rates and car park spaces are subject to availability.
  • This package includes one car for either 4, 8, 15, or 22 days of car parking starting from the arrival day of the reservation.
  • This offer is available on new bookings only.
  • This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • This package can be canceled up until 2 p.m. one day prior to arrival;
  • Car parking charges will apply at £18.00 per night if the car is parked but the room is cancelled.
  • Additional cars or parking days are chargeable at £18.00 per overnight stay and per car, payable on hotel lobby car park stations.
  • Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage however caused (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).
  • The hotel does not accept coaches, large trucks, or caravans.
  • The package is non-commissionable.
