Thistle St Albans is a traditional 111-bedroom Victorian hotel which has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last year. Situated just minutes from the M25 and close to the A1, it’s a popular venue for both business meetings and short breaks.

Set in private grounds on the edge of the historic town, Thistle St Albans is a Victorian hotel full of charm and character yet offers a contemporary and stylish environment, thanks to a recent £2 million investment.

We have 111 bedrooms, including 54 Executive rooms and Suites and there’s room for 50 people theatre style in the largest of our 14 meeting rooms. We can also offer team-building events and activities in our spacious grounds with help from our international event management company MotivAction.
