At The Portland Hotel, we have five air-conditioned function rooms, all of which are licensed for civil ceremonies, and can be arranged and configured to suit your exact requirements.

The largest is the Lakeland Suite, which seats up to 220 guests for a wedding breakfast; with its own bar area, cloakrooms and dance floor, it’s the perfect choice for an evening reception.

The Windermere & Buttermere Suite accommodates up to 150 guests as a single space; it can also be split into two separate rooms, seating 60 to 70 people. As an alternative, you could consider the Derwent Suite, which also seats up to 70 guests.
