Conveniently located in Exeter City centre with easy access to Exeter Central Rail Station and the main M5, The Rougemont Hotel is perfectly suited for business meetings, corporate special events, board meetings and other events such as banquets and private dining. For guests and meeting attendees driving to Exeter, parking for 26 cars is available on site, with additional parking located nearby.
The Rougemont has eleven meeting rooms, with the largest room, the Devonshire Suite, seating up to 320 theatre style or configurable in various styles for conferences or banqueting. We have nine smaller rooms suitable for seminars, team briefings and board meetings, plus break-out areas where you can stretch your legs, chat informally and catch up on your messages.
We offer a full range of food and drink during your time with us, including an expanded range of healthy options. Arrival drinks, elevenses, buffet lunches and afternoon tea can be served in your meeting room; you may also choose to use our Drakes Restaurant and Nelsons bar.
