Thistle Cheltenham by Road
From the M5, junction 11, take the A40 towards Cheltenham. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. Thistle Cheltenham is immediately on the left with parking to the front and rear. There are 220 parking spaces available on-site for a small additional charge for all overnight guests.

Cheltenham's huge annual literary festival features talks and workshops with some of the biggest names in the business. There are also creative writing courses, literary walks, performers and special themed events.
The Festival at Cheltenham is the biggest event of the season. The 26 races offer one of the racing world's most generous prize funds and attract the finest horses from all over Britain, Ireland and France.
Another tightly contested season of racing at Cheltenham Racecourse opens with a two-day event - The Showcase - that attract many horses preparing for major races in late autumn and winter.
Running alongside the adult event, the Book It! Children's Book Festival in Cheltenham presents the best of youth literature to a new audience. It also brings together favourites, old and new, for the delight of kids (and their parents).
The Cotswold town of Cheltenham hosts an annual Jazz Festival, featuring performances from both established international performers and rising stars on the contemporary scene. A programme of free events take place at the fringe event in the Jazz Marquee.
