Whether you’re with us on business, for pleasure, or attending or organising an event, our Bristol hotel has all the facilities you need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

• With BT Openzone wireless internet available throughout the hotel, it’s easy to keep in touch with home, the office and the wider world. All you need is a wireless-enabled laptop or PDA, plus a voucher (giving you up to 24 hours’ access), which you can buy from the hotel Reception.

• Room service is available to all our guests, 24 hours a day. We offer a wide range of meals and drinks; please see the menu in your room.

• If you’re travelling to The Grand Hotel by car, we have parking available on-site; you can park overnight for just £8. Please note there’s a height restriction of 1.9m! There’s also an NCP car park nearby.
