Ken has been Head Concierge at Thistle Brighton for 13 years. He is a member of the prestigious Golden Keys Society which a knowledge-sharing network of concierges.
As Head Concierge Ken and his team are often the first contact the guest has with the hotel, so they must ensure that they are providing service that is friendlier, more knowledgeable and more efficient than our guests would expect.

Food & Beverage
Christina started with Thistle as a Supervisor in one of our restaurants and worked her way up to Assistant Manager and then Department Manager.
As Food & Beverage Manager, Christina manages 32 staff. She has overall responsibility for all the food and beverage outlets in the hotel including breakfast, restaurant service, bars, M&E food service and banqueting.

Raj has been M&E Ops Manager at Bristol for three years, and he and his team are responsible for planning each event down to the last detail to ensure that everything goes exactly to plan. That might be a meeting room with tea and coffee for three people, or it could be a week long conference for several hundred complete with buffet lunches and banqueting in the evening…

Ahmed is Guest Relations Manager at The Rougement in Exeter. Our Guest Relations Managers are the centre of our Guests’ experience so Ahmed is most often found in the lobby or in the lounge talking to the guests.
Whether a guest needs a new toothbrush, a restaurant booking, directions or simply a taxi our Guest Relations Manager are always on hand.
