We operate 32 hotels across the UK, all in great locations from Aberdeen to Exeter. Many of our hotels are in city centres, including 10 in Central London. The hotels cover the whole spectrum of styles, sizes and facilities. From the intimate 54 bedroom Thistle Hyde Park in London, to the iconic dockside Atlantic Tower in Liverpool and Thistle Glasgow with is Grand Ballroom seating 1500 people.
We have a huge range of exciting restaurants and bars if you’re looking for a Food & Beverage role and we have extensive Meetings & Events facilities catering for conferences, weddings and small business meetings. Each hotel aims to deliver a recognisable Thistle experience while working to enhance the unique elements of the location and property.
Over the last few years, we’ve been through a major re-branding of all our properties and were awarded the AA Hotel Group of the year award for 2011. We are also the first hotel group to achieve full Hospitality Assured accreditation across the group, meaning that all 32 of our hotels were individually assessed on ten customer-related steps (including; customer research; operational planning; standards of performance; training, development and customer satisfaction improvement) and achieved the minimum standard to acquire accreditation. These are all achievements of which we are immensely proud of and we know we couldn’t have done it without our passionate, dedicated teams.
We also have Thistle Hotels in Johor Bahru and Port Dickinson in Malaysia and plan to continue our expansion both in the UK and in Asia.
