Our customers have a clear opinion on the way a hotel should be. So we’ve spent time talking to them to find out what they think about where we are now, and what we need to improve. Now we are making changes which will improve the experience for our guests and employees.

As a start, we’re making a multi million pound investment in the first year alone. Over the next couple of years, we are transforming our hotels around the country. Bedrooms, bathrooms, bars, restaurants, meeting rooms – the changes cover every aspect of what we do, and how we do it.

The new Thistle will give our guests the comfy beds, stylish interiors, award-winning restaurants and other things we know they expect – and deserve. And we’re already well on the way to where we want to be.
